Punjab BJP chief accuses AAP govt of hijacking civic polls, submits memorandum to Governor

Punjab BJP president Kewal Singh Dhillon accused the AAP government of rigging recent Morinda municipal elections. Dhillon stated that the BJP submitted a memorandum to Governor Gulab Chand Kataria seeking intervention. He alleged unprecedented irregularities and manipulation during the election process in Morinda. Meanwhile, Congress leader Charanjit Singh Channi also accused the AAP government of election manipulation. Bhupesh Baghel is scheduled to meet Punjab Congress leaders amid internal party differences.
