Poonch man goes out to save his SUV, returns to dig through rubble for his family during cloudburst

A powerful cloudburst in Poonch district caused devastating flash floods and landslides. Mohammad Latief survived his home's collapse after moving his vehicle before dawn. Eight family members were trapped inside the three-storey structure which was destroyed. Rescue efforts recovered two bodies while searching for six other missing relatives. Nearby Sangla village also experienced similar destruction and family losses.
