Personal interests not grounds for opposing new infra: CJI on Gauhati HC Bar Association's stir

Chief Justice of India Surya Kant has voiced surprise at the Gauhati High Court Bar Association's opposition to a new integrated Judicial Court Complex. He believes personal vested interests should not impede future infrastructure development. The new complex is designed to meet future needs and will house the Gauhati High Court.
