Paytm told to pay over Rs 20,000 after flight ticket refund failed to reach customer

A consumer commission ordered Paytm to refund a cancelled flight ticket. The airline had already sent the refund amount to Paytm. Paytm failed to ensure the customer received the money. The commission found Paytm liable for deficiency in service. Paytm must now pay the ticket amount, compensation, and costs.
