Noida Authority is set to allot 19 kiosks near GIP Mall individually after a bulk lease plan last year found no takers due to high rental requirements. The revised plan lowers monthly rent per kiosk to between Rs 40,000 and Rs 50,000 and reduces the lease term to five years, with bidding expected within two weeks.
