NHRC takes cognizance of reports of physical assault on Manipur woman in Delhi's Malviya Nagar

The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), India, has taken suo motu cognizance of a media report that a woman from Manipur was physically assaulted when she objected to lewd and racial abuse by a group of boys in the Malviya Nagar area of South Delhi.
