Mamata Banerjee claims Kalyani AIIMS is conducting NRC survey under the guise of mental health assessment

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee accused Kalyani AIIMS of conducting an indirect survey for NRC under the guise of a mental health survey. AIIMS Kalyani clarified that it is participating in the National Mental Health Survey as a partner institution of NIMHANS, Bengaluru, across all states and union territories with the guidance of the West Bengal government.
