Lucknow fire tragedy: Four arrested; accused owners of building

Four joint owners of a commercial building in Lucknow's Aliganj have been arrested following a devastating fire that claimed 15 lives. The building, allegedly used illegally for commercial purposes despite being approved for residential use, housed an animation center, pet shop, and clinic. Police have filed an FIR under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and the UP Fire and Emergency Services Act, with investigations ongoing into the allegations.
