Kerala to launch free bus travel for women tomorrow

Kerala's UDF government will launch its free bus travel scheme for women on June 15, a key election promise. Women can travel for free on all KSRTC ordinary buses, with the state government covering the estimated 2 crore daily cost. The scheme will be inaugurated by Chief Minister VD Satheesan with an all-women staff service.
