Jammu court directs Pakistan-based terror handler to appear by August 21

Jammu and Kashmir Police executed a special court proclamation against a terror handler. The proclamation directs the wanted terrorist to appear by August twenty-first. This action relates to twin bomb blasts which occurred in Katra and Narwal. The accused is a cross-border handler believed to have crossed over to Pakistan.
