Jamia Milia Islamia students refuse to end protest despite poll order, scuffles break out with security personnel

Protests continue at Jamia Millia Islamia as students demand the restoration of union elections since 2006. The university announced elections would occur within 15 days after the union's constitution is approved. Students have raised concerns over the absence of a definitive timeline for these elections, leading to tensions with the administration. Classes have been shifted online due to the protests, and security has been increased on campus.
