JPMorgan Chase reportedly offered USD 1 million to settle serious sexual assault and harassment allegations made by former investment banker Chirayu Rana against senior executive Lorna Hajdini. Rana has accused Hajdini of coercion, intimidation and even drugging him, claims which the bank strongly denies. JPMorgan stated that its internal investigation found no evidence supporting the allegations, while Ranas lawyer questioned why such a substantial settlement offer would have been made if the claims were entirely false.
