Israel elections 2026: 'Remember October 7' - Eisenkot appeals to voters as Netanyahu projects strong-man image

Polls have opened across Israel, with more than 7.3 million eligible voters set to choose their representatives amid a heated contest over Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahus leadership. Netanyahu, meanwhile, has urged voters to back his Likud party, warning against an opposition-led government.
