Iran invites BJP, Congress presidents for state funeral of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei

Iran has invited top BJP and Congress leaders, including party presidents Nitin Nabin and Mallikarjun Kharge, to the state funeral of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. India will send an official delegation led by Bihar Governor Syed Ata Hasnain. The ceremonies, beginning this week, will culminate with Khamenei's burial in Mashhad on July 9. Prime Minister Modi recently spoke with Iranian President Pezeshkian about regional stability.
