Indian captain of suspected Russian shadow tanker in French custody

France detained the Indian captain of the oil tanker Grinch on Sunday for failing to fly a flag. The vessel, suspected of being part of Russia's shadow fleet, was seized by the French navy in the Mediterranean. The rest of the Indian crew remains on board the guarded tanker.
