India Incs boardroom report makes for grim reading

Women currently hold one in five seats on Nifty 100 company boards, remaining unchanged over the past four years. Younger independent directors under the age of 50 have decreased in number on these boards. A report reveals that 17 companies, primarily state-run, lack the required number of independent directors.
