KP Singh, chairman emeritus at leading property developer DLF said the test of prosperity of a country is not GDP but per capita income. India will have the third largest GDP in the world in a year or two. We need the per capita to improve. Singh said India, despite being the most populous country, has one of the lowest rates of urbanisation.
