ED files chargesheet against Al-Falah University founder and others

The Enforcement Directorate has filed a chargesheet against Al Falah University founder Jawad Ahmed Siddiqui and others for allegedly generating and laundering 493.24 crore in proceeds of crime. The agency found Siddiqui exercised dominant control over the trust and university, using them for personal and family benefit. Immovable properties worth 139.97 crore have been attached.
