Dozens feared dead after passenger ferry sinks off coast of Guyana

A ferry carrying 133 people capsized near Guyana's coast. Authorities managed to rescue 67 individuals; however, dozens are still missing and feared drowned. It's been revealed that crew members tested positive for marijuana, and issues such as inaccurate passenger lists and an overloaded vessel are under examination.
