Delhi HC judge recuses from hearing Karti Chidambaram's plea against framing of charges

A Delhi High Court judge has recused himself from a case involving Congress MP Karti Chidambaram. The case concerns charges of conspiracy and corruption in the Chinese Visa scam. This is the second judge to step aside. The trial court had framed charges against Chidambaram and others. The matter will now be heard by another bench.
