Criminal breach of trust case registered against ex-Yes Bank CEO Rana Kapoor, others

Mumbai Police have filed a case against former Yes Bank MD Rana Kapoor and others. The FIR alleges illegal transfer of mortgaged property worth Rs 1,000 crore. A loan was transferred without it being classified as a Non-Performing Asset. Properties were allegedly sold below market value. Investigations are ongoing.
