China's 10-passenger electric aircraft, the Matrix, hints at how big flying taxis can be

In Kunshan, China, AutoFlight demonstrated its Matrix eVTOL, the largest electric aircraft built in China, capable of carrying 10 passengers. While the company aims for type certification by 2027, industry experts suggest a viable flying taxi service is at least three years away, pending regulatory approvals and infrastructure development.
