Cash-for-jobs case: SC orders Partha Chatterjee's release with condition

The Supreme Court granted bail to former West Bengal minister Partha Chatterjee in the cash-for-jobs case. The court directed the trial court to record statements of key witnesses within two months. Subiresh Bhattacharya and Shantiprasad Sinha also received bail. Charges must be framed against public servants within four weeks.
