Can't let those with appeals pending to vote: Apex Court

The Supreme Court has ruled that individuals with pending appeals against their exclusion from the voter list cannot participate in the upcoming West Bengal elections. Over 34 lakh appeals are currently being heard. The court emphasized that allowing these voters would be meaningless. Those whose appeals are resolved by April 9 will be included.
