More than a decade ago, Shashi Kumar did the impossible - leave a lucrative job in Wipro to open a dairy business. He founded Akshayakalpa Organic, Indias first organic milk company, in 2010. The company came near bankruptcy several times but is now valued at more than Rs 1,500 crore.
