Bank account can't be frozen in absence of FIR: Delhi HC

The Delhi High Court has ruled that bank accounts are vital for economic existence. A private bank account was frozen following a complaint from Gujarat Cyber Crime Police. The court directed the bank to immediately unfreeze the account. It stated that freezing an account without justification impedes the right to life.
