Andhra Pradesh forms panel to study social media curbs for children under 16

Andhra Pradesh government has formed a Group of Ministers to study restricting or banning social media access for children under 16. The committee, led by IT Minister Nara Lokesh, will examine global and national models, including Australia's age limit, to control social media abuse. Recommendations on age verification and implementation will be submitted to the Chief Minister within a month.
