Amid tribunal delay, ECI to release 2nd supplementary list in Bengal

West Bengal's second supplementary electoral roll list is set for late Friday night publication. The Election Commission is also investigating comments made by Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee at a recent rally. This follows a high-level meeting concerning electoral processes and tribunal infrastructure. Over 58 lakh names were deleted during the draft list phase.
