Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, campaigning in Chennai for the NDA ahead of the April 23 Assembly election, criticised the DMK over law and order and civic infrastructure in Tamil Nadu. He claimed that urban roads had not kept pace with growth and pitched the double engine government model, saying it would ensure faster development with stronger Centre-State coordination and funding.
