Watch: Ladakh statehood talks resume: What is MHA offering?

Talks between Ladakhs civil society groups and the Union Home Ministry resumed in New Delhi after last months deadly protests demanding Statehood. Officials hinted at possible safeguards under Article 371, but the Leh Apex Body and Kargil Democratic Alliance reiterated their demand for inclusion under the Sixth Schedule.
