Puducherry CM Rangasamy skips NITI Aayog meeting this year too

In a video message, former Chief Minister and Congress leader V. Narayanasamy said whether the CMs decision not to attend was political or personal, the absence of a head of the government from such forums was not in the best interest of the people of Puducherry.
