Informant in POCSO case against Jyotirmath Shankaracharya moves HC against police history-sheet

In his plea, Ashutosh Brahmachari says that either he got acquitted or the trial remains stayed in most of the cases filed against him. In February, he moved a court for registration of FIR against Swami Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati, alleging that he molested two minors in his Ashram.
