Women's T20 WC: West Indies beat Lanka by five wickets to stay unbeaten

Sri Lanka captain Chamari Athapaththu blamed her team's batting collapse for the five-wicket defeat to West Indies in the Women's T20 World Cup. Bowled out for 98 after slipping to 9/3, Sri Lanka left themselves with too little to defend. Athapaththu praised the bowlers' effort but stressed that better batting is essential as must-win games against Ireland and Scotland loom.
