Sooryavanshi equals Maxwells 12-year-old IPL record with stunning 96-run blitz

Teenage sensation Vaibhav Sooryavanshi smashed 96 off 47 balls in IPL 2026 Qualifier 2 against Gujarat Titans, narrowly missing a century for the second consecutive knockout game. The 15-year-old equalled Glenn Maxwell's record for most dismissals in the 90s in a season and became the fastest to 1000 runs by balls faced.
