PM Modi gifts Steve Waugh rare framed photo during MCG visit

Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited the Melbourne Cricket Ground with Australian PM Anthony Albanese, gifting Steve Waugh a framed photo from their meeting nearly 20 years ago. The leaders unveiled a sports cooperation roadmap and backed stronger sporting ties. Albanese also announced Chennai will host the first-ever Big Bash League match outside Australia during the 2026-27 season.
