Bangladesh appeal can't be heard by ICC's DRC; Scotland to be named as replacement by Saturday

Bangladesh Cricket Board has appealed to the ICC's Dispute Resolution Committee to overturn the decision to host their T20 World Cup games in India, citing security concerns. However, the appeal is unlikely to be heard as it falls outside the DRC's remit, which cannot act as an appeal body against the ICC Board's decisions.
