Swiggy board greenlights raising up to Rs 10,000 Cr for growth, strategic flexibility

Swiggy has obtained board approval to raise up to Rs 10,000 crore through one or more tranches, including via a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP), in a strategic pivot amid intensifying competition in Indias food-delivery and quick-commerce markets.
