Govt issues notice to Meta over child sexual abuse material in Instagram ads: Sources

The Centre has issued a notice to Meta over alleged child sexual abuse material (CSAM) appearing in paid Instagram ads, seeking a detailed explanation within seven days. The government has also ordered Instagram to disable content and advertisements promoting or facilitating access to such material.
