Marico to acquire remaining 46% stake in True Elements

Marico, the FMCG products maker, is set to acquire the remaining 46.02% shares of HW Wellness Solutions, owner of the True Elements brand, for up to Rs 138 crore. This acquisition will make HW Wellness a fully-owned subsidiary, building on Marico's initial investment in May 2022. The move aims to strengthen Marico's presence in the healthy breakfast and snacking categories.
