Bihar CM walks to secretariat from official residence after PM's appeal to spend wisely

Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary walked to his office with officials. This follows Prime Minister Narendra Modi's call to reduce fuel consumption. The Chief Minister also ordered a smaller motorcade. His government plans more steps to save fuel. These include promoting work-from-home and a weekly 'no vehicle day'. Meetings will be held via video-conferencing.
