Working beyond office hours? Find out whether the New Labour Code entitles you to overtime pay

New Labour Codes, effective November 2025, redefine overtime eligibility and calculation. While standard working hours remain, employees working beyond 8 hours daily or 48 hours weekly are entitled to at least double their normal wage.
