Sebi proposes major revamp of mutual fund fee rules to reduce costs for investors

Sebi has proposed a major overhaul of Indias mutual fund fee structure to simplify charges, boost transparency, and reduce investor costs. The regulator plans to remove additional expenses, tighten brokerage limits, and exclude statutory levies from the overall expense ratio cap.
