Homebuyer wins full Rs 18 lakh refund in Mumbai: While the developer issued an allotment letter dated August 16, 2010, it failed to provide possession to the buyer. In view of the delay, the homebuyer had approached Maharashtra RERA seeking relief. The authority had on April 24, 2025, ordered the relief of possession to the homebuyer. He again filed a review seeking refund of the amount.
