The Supreme Court has opened a new chapter for a husband burdened by domestic abuse allegations and two years of joblessness, allowing him to accept a job offer in Belgium. By securing his commitment with a deposit of Rs 5 lakh, he can now travel, with the stipulation of attending court hearings remotely or face-to-face.
