People struggle to buy medicines

On Wednesday, Patna faced a major setback as chemists and druggists across the country staged a strike, causing a scramble for vital and emergency medications. Although government-operated Jan Aushadhi Kendras and hospital pharmacies remained functional, the shuttering of private pharmacies, including the largest medicine market in Bihar, left many residents in distress for essential prescriptions and pain relief.
