Loco pilot refuses to run train after duty hours in Kishanganj

Passengers faced hours of disruption at Thakurganj station when a loco pilot refused to continue operating a Malda-Siliguri DEMU, citing the end of his duty hours. The train was delayed by nearly three hours due to technical issues with a preceding goods train.
