Court orders action against SHO after man framed in robbery case

A Sasaram court ordered departmental action against an Agrer police station SHO for allegedly implicating an innocent man in a false robbery case. The accused, Niranjan Kumar, was granted bail after the informant revealed the incident was a mere scuffle, falsely escalated by the SHO.
