CM asks officials to hear public issues in offices twice a week

In a proactive step towards community engagement, Bihar's Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has ordered all government officials to make themselves available in their offices every Monday and Friday. This initiative, commencing on January 19, is designed to streamline communication between citizens and their government representatives, from local panchayats to the state level.
