AI may flag H-1B visa filings discrepancies as US immigration checks get more stringent

US immigration authorities are set to intensify their review of H-1B visa records by utilizing artificial intelligence technology. This will allow them to detect any mismatches between the addresses reported and the actual worksite locations. Both employers and employees must diligently maintain accurate and consistent immigration documents, alerting agencies to any address modifications. As AI further develops, keeping immigration filings exact will be increasingly important for H-1B visa professionals.
