Now, UP rolls out 'Parivartan Yojana' in NCR cities, offers 100% road tax rebate on new EVs, BS-VI vehicles

Uttar Pradesh launches the Parivartan Yojana aimed at curbing air pollution in the NCR region. Buyers of new electric and BS-VI vehicles will enjoy a complete rebate on road tax, while purchasers of used electric and BS-VI vehicles will benefit from a fifty percent concession. Additionally, older trucks and buses will be eligible for scrapping, with tax liabilities waived. Various incentives and subsidies will support cleaner vehicle acquisitions.
